Duties:
1. Management of the Company's fleet:
- conducting tenders for leasing cars and fuel;
- contact person for the Company's employees regarding official vehicles and during traffic accidents;
- receipt / return of cars to leasing companies;
- receipt / transfer of vehicles to employees;
- organization replacement cars; control of insurance cases; coordination and control of vehicle repair work; control of vehicle mileage and coordination of seasonal tire fitting; >
- coordination of car insurance;
- administration of fuel cards and Medical Certificates of fitness to drive;
- control and coordination of payment of fines for violations of traffic rules between employees and leasing companies;
- organization of business trips for employees (if necessary);
- coordination of the process of renting cars by employees for the vacation period;

- document circulation (internal documents and with external counterparties);
- payment requests / reconciliation of expenses / payment of bills / control of settlements with counterparties.
2. Management of the health insurance of the Company's employees:
- conducting tenders for the service of the health insurance of employees;
- contact person for the Company's employees regarding the health insurance program and reimbursement of self-paid medical services ;
- coordination of the work of an insurance broker;
- control and issuance of health insurance for employees after the trial period/ cancellation of insurance policy after dismissal;
- organization of vitaminization and vaccination of employees;
- coordination / allocation of the corporate limit for Exclusion from the health insurance program for Company employees;
- organization of trainings/lectures on the prevention of a healthy lifestyle;
- document circulation;
- payment requests / payment of bills.
3. Management and support of HR/Admin department processes/procedures:
- introductory training for new employees, familiarization with the Company's Corporate Policies, training on fire safety and occupational health and safety, adaptation;
- maintenance of administrative, personnel records and database of employees;
- storage and issuance of work books to employees;
- interaction and coordination of the work of the personnel accounting provider;
- submission of information and documents regarding deductions from the wages of employees;

4. Promotion and implementation of administrative, personnel projects and corporate events.

Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience work as an administrative manager in an international company (working with a fleet of vehicles, health insurance);
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Attention to details, systematic approach, client orientation;
- Skills of systematization, accounting and documentation input using modern technologies;
- Proactivity in solving problems;
- Project management skills;
- PC skills at the level of an advanced user: MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer;
- English - above average, fluent in Ukrainian.
