Recruiter in TurboSTO

Hello! We are a TurboSTO network of service stations, in 5 years we have grown to 300+ employees and 38 service stations and continue to expand! We are growing fast and have ambitious plans. In addition, we are the first service station that implemented AI in its work.

Our goal: maintaining our leading positions on the market, expanding the range of services and the network of services. We are currently looking for a Recruiter who will work with both office vacancies and mass recruitment.

What to do:

• Conducting interviews
• Operative personnel search(from the application until the candidate leaves for the job)
• Communication with managers departments
• Control of activity and availability of vacancies
• Introduction of CRM and Google tables
• Control the process of hiring and adaptation of employees

What we expect:

• Able to work with different search channels
• Working with cold candidate search , and with a warm
• Love recruiting and treat people with respect, do not divide into ranks
• Experience in managing recruiting processes in CRM (Hurma, etc.), Google Sheets - desirable
• Focus on results
• Love to close vacancies
