We invite to the team a recruiter who will be responsible for attracting and selecting new employees.< /p>

We, the "Bohemia" company, are engaged in the sale of water heating and heating equipment, which we import directly from the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

We offer:

• Salary - from UAH 15,000 + bonuses;
• Five-day work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00;

Duties:

• Creation of vacancies and their posting on job platforms;
• Active search of candidates for vacant positions;
• Organization and coordination of interviews;
• Search and attracting new channels for posting vacancies;
• Collaboration with department heads to ensure effective recruitment.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in recruitment or sales (will be an advantage);
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade;
• Willingness to work for results;< /li>
• Competent oral and written language;
• Able to work in a team.
