  • Post vacancies on various resources to find production personnel. Monitor the effectiveness of these resources for timely response and changes in the strategy of finding candidates for production positions. 

A separate employee deals with the selection of candidates (conducting telephone interviews and interviews). At the same time, depending on the number of vacancies, the personnel manager can be on hand to conduct telephone interviews and interviews of production personnel.

  • Conducting the full cycle of recruiting office personnel, including the formation of job descriptions, searching for candidates in various sources, selection, interviews and decision-making about the best candidates.
  • Organization of the candidate's exit to work: signing of the offer, organization of the workplace, electronic access, etc.
  • Organization of quality induction of a new employee: development, together with the manager, of an induction plan/adaptation plan with specific, measurable tasks. Accompanying the newcomer during the entire period of adaptation.
  • Photography of the working day of the company's employees.
  • Implementation and control of the correct and effective use of the task setting platform.
  • Participation in other tasks and projects of the Personnel Department as part of the workload.

Requirements:
