Recruiter in Alt-Industry

Alt-industry is a leading company on the international consulting market that offers clients a comprehensive approach to the full cycle of business organization: from the implementation of an idea to professional support of a successfully operating enterprise. Due to expansion, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious Recruiter to join the team.

Duties:

• Recruitment
• Headhunting, active search for specialists
• Ensuring the full cycle of recruiting:
  - communication with by candidates
  - initial assessment of resumes
  - approval of selected candidates and conducting interviews
  - providing feedback
• Skills of writing effective job descriptions and announcements for personnel search
• Using various candidate search channels
• Qualitative assessment of candidates at the selection stage
• Reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 1st year
• Candidate evaluation skills
• Understanding and practical application of all candidate search channels
• Knowledge of recruiting technologies, mastery of active candidate search tools
