Main duties:

• Search and selection of personnel for the head office and network of bank branches.
• Publication of vacancies on job- sites and updating ads.
• Working with the resume database in the CRM system for effective candidate management.
• Communication with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and provide feedback.
• Preparation of search reports personnel to track the effectiveness of processes.
• Assisting candidates with the preparation of documents for employment.
• Conducting interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for the position.
• Onboarding new employees to ensure successful adaptation in company.
• Participation in employer brand development projects aimed at increasing its attractiveness both internally and externally.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position of 1-2 years, preferably in banking or financial field.
• Knowledge of modern methods of search and recruitment.
• Experience with CRM systems or recruiting software.
• Developed communication skills, ability to negotiate and to build effective communication with hiring managers.
• Ability to analyze and prepare reports based on the results of personnel searches.
• High level of organization, responsibility and attention to details.
• Desire to develop in the direction of employer brand development.
