Junior Recruiter (non-tech) in Talent Hunters Hub

We are a recruitment agency specializing in three areas:IT, Marketing and HR . We are currently looking for a Recruiter-a to strengthen our team.

What we expect from you:

• Experience as a recruiter from 6 months - will be an advantage;
• Ability to use various resources to search for candidates;
• Communication, skills in dealing with objections;
• Result orientation;< /li>
• Proficiency in English at the level of Intermediate will be an advantage.

What will be included in your duties:

• Managing the full cycle of the recruiting process (from posting vacancies on job sites to sending a job offer);
• Assisting with the adaptation of new employees;
• Conducting monitoring wages on the market;
• Maintenance of the CRM system and reporting.
