As a Bunny nails recruiter, you will help build a team of cool masters and administrators. And you will be responsible for ensuring that the studios are always provided with the required number of candidates. 

This position satisfies your desire to influence the development of the beauty field.

We will consider a candidate with:

• Experience of working in a similar position
• Experience of successfully closing vacancies at different levels, experience of managing several vacancies at the same time
• Sufficient knowledge of using the MS Office package and Google docs
• Ability to work for results
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to quickly accept solution

Will be a plus:understanding the work of a manicurist

Main duties :

• Ensure uninterrupted hiring of employees
• Analysis of the market, trends (conditions, job descriptions, specifics of candidates)
• Creation (description) of candidate portraits
• Description of the vacancy, according to the CA
• Processing of incoming applications
• Direct search (if needed)
• Conducting primary (telephone) interviews
• Organization of offline interviews
• Formulation of a cooperation proposal with a description of conditions
• Support in the candidate registration
