What will you do:

• Full recruitment cycle, from placing an ad to organizing the candidate's first working day.
• Think of a strategy job promotion.
• Posting vacancies on job sites, social networks, etc.
• Using various search methods.
• Conducting telephone interviews and initial assessment of candidates.
• Organization of interviews with customers and providing feedback to candidates.
• Participation in on-boarding newcomers.
• Preparation of reports on vacancies that are in the works.

What you need:

• Experience in recruiting is a big plus! But we are willing to consider without experience with further training.
• Fluent Ukrainian is a must.
• The ability to negotiate and find a common language are your key tools.
• Skills for working with MS Office.
• Energy, sense of humor and perseverance - what will help you to cope with tasks perfectly!
