Key responsibilities:

• Organization recruitment of production and administrative profile;
• Formation of personnel reserve;
• Work in the Internet environment in searchand personnel evaluation projects;
• Implementation of systematic labor market analysis;
• Participation in HR department projects.

We expect from the candidate:

• Experience in the field of recruitmentfrom 1 year(recruitment of specialists of various levels - from entry to higher level);
• Knowledge ofrecruiting methods and tools;
• Possession of < b style="font-weight: 700">English language at level B2 or higher and the ability to communicate, conduct interviews in this language;
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation, understanding of principles of privacy and personal data protection;
• Developedcommunication skills: interview skills, active listening, negotiation, adaptability in approaches to different candidates;
• Organizational skills and attention to details : the ability to work with a large number of vacancies at the same time, to prioritize tasks; the ability to manage documents and systematize information;
• Analytical skills:ability evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting channels, prepare analytical reports.
