Basic skills that must be possessed:

• Experience in HR (preferably in adaptation or personnel training) from 1 year;
• High level of communication skills, ability to quickly establish contact with people;
• Ability to work in a team and the ability to independently organize the work process;

• Curiosity and proactivity;
• Organized, responsible;
• Experience in HRM and LMS systems will be an advantage. We are currently working at Hurma and in the near future we plan to introduce training in LMS; adaptation measures for new employees;
• Development of individual adaptation programs and monitoring of their implementation;
• Support of new employees during the first months of work (1:1)
• Interaction with by department heads to ensure an effective adaptation process;
• Analysis and improvement of the adaptation process based on employee feedback;
• Organization and off-boarding of employees;
• Development of corporate culture: assistance in the planning and organization of activities to promote corporate values;
