• search for open vacancies in the Marketplace department (sales manager, content manager, quality control specialist, telemarketer, category manager);
• conduct initial assessment of resumes and phone interviews with candidates;
• plan and schedule interviews with managers;
• monitor competitor market;
• assistance in HR registration and onboarding processes;
• work in the internal CRM system;
• report on the selection process staff.

What it takes:

• work experience in the field of recruiting;
• possession of sourcing methods and specialized tools;
• ability to conduct interviews and assess the skills of candidates;
• good communication skills, goal-oriented, multitasking.
• be flexible/flexible in education.
