Looking for a Leading Recruiter

What are the tasks facing the employee:

• management of the full cycle of search and selection personnel (office, sales representatives)
• coordination of new employees, participation in personnel evaluation, formation of internal and external personnel reserves)
• monitoring of salaries
• participation in HR Brand projects
• execution of  KPI on personnel turnover, speed and quality of recruitment, internal promotion 

Mandatory requirements:

• knowledge of basic selection methods ( including Executive Search)
• mandatory work experience in a recruiting company of 2 years or more
• systematic approach to work
• successful cases on the tasks described above

• the desire to engage not only selection, but also active participation in all areas of HR
