As of February 24, IRC has focused on emergency response in Ukraine, and we are currently working in several locations in Ukraine, assisting our clients in the areas of economic recovery and development, defense and healthcare.
This position may be based in Dnipro , Odesa, Kharkiv or Kyiv - depending on the place of residence of the successful candidate, with possible business trips to other regions of Ukraine. The purpose of this position is to support national programs by recruiting and recruiting highly qualified personnel for operational and program teams.
Job Duties
Recruitment and talent search
? Work closely with managers to gain a full understanding of the organization's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
? Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of open positions, helping management find, hire and retain quality talent.
? Develop and maintain close relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent from which you can draw information on new job openings.
? Constant cooperation with the HR coordinator, HR manager and top managers to develop, improve and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
? Stay active on current job boards, social media and talent search platforms, as well as plan, create and publish job descriptions and announcements.
? Developing and posting job advertisements on platforms such as social networks and bulletin boards.
? Leveraging knowledge from various recruitment and implementation sourcesinnovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
? Screening resumes, conducting interviews, accompanying candidates during interviews and assisting in final offer negotiations
? Maintaining candidate database and recruitment files.
? Tracking the status of the interview process and updating records in the internal database.
Development of staff capacity personnel management
? Support the HR coordinator in building the capacity of HR staff on recruiting and staffing issues by conducting training sessions and presentations.
? Providing advice and guidance to the HR team and hiring managers on recruitment.
Skills and qualification
? 2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR.
? Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
? Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and Internet search.
? Knowledge of supplier sourcing strategies.
? Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases and management systems.
? Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (eg telephone, team, etc.).
? Advanced level of English, fluent in Ukrainian (Russian will be an advantage).
Preferred qualification
? At least a bachelor's degree in human resource management or social sciences (or related fields).
? Experience in developing a recruiting strategy.
? Willingness to grow professionally through networking and continuous learning opportunities.
