Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education, preferably psychology, personnel management
• Work experience of 3 years or more at enterprises with more employees 500 people, preferably with a branch structure
• Experience in closing high-level vacancies (top management, specialists in unique professions, narrowly focused specialists)
• Experience in direct search, headhunting
< li>Experience in building a staff adaptation system
• Experience in public speaking
• Experience in data analysis and processing
• Knowledge of programs: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in an automated system for HR will be an advantage

What will be included in the candidate's duties:

• Recruiting
