- 2 years of experience as a recruiter
- Practical experience in the selection of IT and non-IT specialists
- Understanding the specifics of the labor market in the IT sphere
- Confident command of candidate search tools (LinkedIn, social networks, job resources)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with different types of personalities
- Negotiating and objection skills
- Full cycle of recruiting for IT and Non-IT vacancies (engineers, developers, managers, designers, etc.)
- Conducting interviews, evaluating the professional and personal qualities of candidates
- Active search for passive candidates (headhunting) through social networks, specialized resources and personal contacts
- Maintenance of candidate database and ATS
- Support of department heads at all stages of the selection process
- Conducting recommendations and background checks of candidates (background checks)
- Assistance of the candidate at the stage of acceptance of the offer, agreement on terms of cooperation and adaptation at the workplace
- Official employment and white salary, annual paid vacation and sick leave.
