It is important for us:

• 1+ year of experience as a full-cycle recruiter and successful cases of closing positions of various levels and areas;
• Knowledge of basic search tools, modern recruiting methods and candidate evaluations.
• Ability to work with vacancies of various complexity — from labor occupations to highly qualified specialists.
• Understanding technical specialist profiles, labor market trends.
• Skills for working with MS Office, Internet, ATS, CRM.

We expect that you:

• You have a higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, psychology, management).
• You have personnel selection techniques of various levels of complexity (IT, Non-IT).

• Have excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• Result-oriented, proactive and attentive to details.

It will be a plus:

• Experience in closing hardware and miltech vacancies, attracting passive candidates.
• Proficiency in English at the B1+ level.

Areas of responsibility:

• Ensuring full cycle recruiting of personnel of various levels (mainly technical, production, engineering specialists).
• Building effective communication with hiring managers, interaction throughout the process.
• Conducting interviews and using modern techniques for evaluating candidates' competencies.
• Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of interaction.
• Using various sources (job sites, social networks, networking) , direct search tools.
• Maintenance of the internal candidate database and formation of recruiting analytics (maintenance of ATS, weekly reports, participation in daily meetings).
• Tracking of the latest trends in recruiting, search for solutions for improvement selection process.
• Participation in hiring events to attract candidates and employer branding events.
