To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Service Upgrade Manager to join our team. 

In this role you will:

  • Monitor the trends of improving the quality of services in the field of aviation and tourism.
  • Participate in creating survey forms for both passengers and internal customers (Centric).
  • Collect and process feedback (transfer of information to the head of the relevant department and supervision of implementation). Incoming channels: employees, feedback book, flight attendants, calls,social networks, internet applications.
  • Analyze airline customer reviews in order to improve the service. Reporting based on NPS analysis.
  • Offer new services for improvement airline customer service.
  • Initiation of projects to improve the quality of airline services.
  • Support of projects to create additional services, audit, NPS, mystery airline passenger.
  • Participate in the synchronization of data from different channels of receipt feedback and in the development of reporting.

What we we expect:

  • Higher education.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • 1 year of experience in aviation/tourism will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the English language at level B1 and above.
  • Ability to analyze received information, proactivity.
  • High level of communication skills, creativity, flexibility.
