Head of Finance Division in Lugera Ukraine

Future tasks of the Head of the Management Control Department:

• Bank Management Support (CEO, CFO, Heads of Business lines), BNPP Group (EM Finance) and the Supervisory Board in making financially informed decisions. Ensuring long-term stability and long-term profitability of the Bank.
• Organization and implementation of the process of comprehensive bank-wide strategic and budget planning of the Bank's activities.
• Organization of the Bank's expense management.
• Management of the Bank's capital to ensure the Bank's long-term development and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Organization and development of management reporting and financial analysis system

This job is made for you if you have:

• Higher economic/mathematical education. 
• 10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Reporting in a commercial bank, of which 3 years in managerial positions in the financial direction.
• Experience in financial analysis of projects.
• A significant advantage will be the presence of a certificate or successful passing of the ACCA/ CFA/CIMA exams.
< li style="font-weight: 400">Knowledge and experience of working in the field of IFRS for 5 years or more.
• Knowledge and experience of building a business planning process and building a development strategy .
• Knowledge of the concept and practices of asset-liability management and transfer pricing in banks.
• Understanding banking pricing products and accounting for complex capital market products (forwards, swaps, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience in working with large volumes of data, the area of ​​data modeling \ BI systems ( knowledge of Power BI/ Tableau / QlikView / SPSS etc is a plus).
• English: Advanced (required).< /strong>
• Strong analytical skills, organization, communication, leadership.
