Requirements:

• higher education;
• from 3 years of work experience in the field of recruitment (work experience in the financial sector, insurance and/or work experience with a regional network will be an advantage);
• successful experience in closing vacancies of various levels;
• excellent communication skills, proactivity.

Main functional responsibilities:

• interaction with internal clients to understand the requirements for the position;
• search for candidates (including attracting highly qualified candidates by creating clear and complete job descriptions that accurately specify job requirements and qualifications; maximum effective placement of vacancies; use of various channels and search tools; tracking and prompt response to incoming applications);
• candidate selection, organization and conducting of interviews;
• competency check and evaluation of candidates;
• management of the hiring process and support until the moment of starting work and during the adaptation period.
