Main functional responsibilities:
- interaction with internal clients to understand the requirements for the position;
- search for candidates (including attracting highly qualified candidates by creating clear and complete job descriptions that accurately specify job requirements and qualifications; maximum effective placement of vacancies; use of various channels and search tools; tracking and prompt response to incoming applications);
- candidate selection, organization and conducting of interviews;
- competency check and evaluation of candidates;
- management of the hiring process and support until the moment of starting work and during the adaptation period.
