Requirements:

• Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages ​​will be a plus (we work with Kazakhstan), knowledge of English will be a plus.
• Previous experience in the full cycle of recruiting in a company or agency.
• Experience in communicating with candidates and managing several tasks at the same time.
• Desirable experience in the mass selection of work (warehouse) vacancies and willingness to continue working with it .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Google Services, experience with ATS will be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting in social networks and job search sites (LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Your duties:

• Collect detailed job requirements from managers and develop the job description.
• Attract, search and select candidates, ensuring that their skills and experience match the needs of internal customers.
• Organize interviews with managers.
• Collaborate with managers and the HR team to improve the recruiting strategy.
• Fill in time, update data in the ATS, keep accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the team.
