What we will entrust you with:

• Building productive relationships with managers, who are hiring, acting as a consultant for them throughout the entire hiring process
• Conducting job briefings, helping to form detailed requirements for the role
• Developing effective search scenarios, managing search channels
< li>Supporting candidates at all stages from researcher, job offer to the end of the trial period
• Selection of resumes, conducting interviews using various reliable selection tools/methods, providing feedback to candidates
• Screening of candidates according to competencies and compliance with company culture
• Analysis of the labor market and competitor conditions
