What will be included in your duties:

• Resume screening;
• Processing reviews on job sites;
• Active search for candidates (cold calls, search on job portals);
• Conducting telephone interviews online and offline interviews with candidates;
• Maintenance of a database with candidates;
• Labor market monitoring, level wages on the labor market;
• Reporting;
• HR processes
