Our candidate:
- has experience in mass recruitment and a willingness to constantly be in contact with candidates;
- has experience working with various search channels (from job sites to social networks, professional groups);
- understands the difference between contact center positions: sales , support, etc.;
- knows interviewing methods and candidate evaluation methods;
- is result-oriented and seeks to develop;
- has good communication skills.
Your duties will be:
- management of the full cycle of work with the candidate from resume to hiring;
- writing job vacancies and posting them on job sites;
- work with job sites, social. networks and forums;
- conducting phone and video interviews with candidates;
- search for candidates for contact center vacancies both in Ukraine and abroad.
