Our candidate:

• has experience in mass recruitment and a willingness to constantly be in contact with candidates;
• has experience working with various search channels (from job sites to social networks, professional groups);
• understands the difference between contact center positions: sales , support, etc.;
• knows interviewing methods and candidate evaluation methods;
• is result-oriented and seeks to develop;
• has good communication skills.

Your duties will be:

• management of the full cycle of work with the candidate from resume to hiring;
• writing job vacancies and posting them on job sites;
• work with job sites, social. networks and forums;
• conducting phone and video interviews with candidates;
• search for candidates for contact center vacancies both in Ukraine and abroad.
