SwiftServe is a media company that develops and release of information products on the market of Ukraine. We are looking for a recruiter to join our team in the city of Poltava.

Tasks:

- Search, selection and hiring of candidates for vacancies of various levels of complexity;

- Organization of interviews with candidates;

- Candidate database management;

- Development and implementation of the recruitment strategy.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position will be an advantage;

- High sociability, ability to build trusting relationships with people.
