Manager of work in social networks (selection of personnel, recruiting) in EWL Partners

EWL GROUP is a large European recruiting corporation with representative offices in 11 countries of the world, which specializes in international recruiting.

We are looking for people interested in the work of a recruiter at our representative office in Lviv ( recruitment for well-known European corporations such as Samsung, Phillips, KFC, LG, Pepsi).

We also consider people without experience but with motivation and a desire to learn and develop.

What does the job consist of:

- Active placement of ads for available vacancies in social media. networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, viber) and ad platforms (OLX, Flagma)

- Communication with candidates in social media. networks and on the phone

- Selection of the best vacancies for candidates

- Coordination of candidates with the employer and their support until the moment of employment

Working conditions:

• Fixed rate of UAH 15,000 + KPI (number of processed applications, number of closed applications, vacancies), bonus. On average, recruiters earn UAH 25,000 - 40,000. The best - 60,000 and more
• Work in a nice office in the center of Lviv.
• Schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
