Your main responsibilities:

• Development and updating of job profiles and texts that attract candidates.
• Management of the hiring process: from creating a strategy for organizing interviews and hiring new employees.
• Search and selection of candidates according to the position profile, conducting interviews.
• Supporting the company's HR brand through relevant and attractive vacancies.< /li>
• Analysis of the market and competitors to ensure an effective motivational model.

What we expect from you:

• Fluent English (level C1) - communication with international candidates.
• Experience in a similar position of 2 years or more (experience in real estate is a plus).< /li>
• Ability to create attractive job vacancies and candidate portraits.
• Experience in closing vacancies from line positions to C-level.
• Understanding and ability to build effective recruiting funnels.
