Recruiter in AventusGroup

Aventus Group is an international group of Fintech companies. We have been creating and developing our products on 3 continents for over 13 years.

We are currently looking forRecruiter for one of our projects in Ukraine. 

Your tasks:

• Search and recruitment (call center, admin block);
• Receiving an application, evaluating requirements, describing vacancies, posting on various sites;
• Organizing and conducting interviews;
• Providing detailed feedback to candidates and customers; 
• 1:1 with teams, organization of entertainment, etc. 

We expect from you:

• Experience in the position of a recruiter from 1 year (willing to consider without experience in the field of HR) ;
• Ability to use various sources of personnel search;
• Ability to create a job profile and job description;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Communication, stress resistance.
