We are actively developing, and invite a Recruiter to our team

• work experience of 1 year or more in a similar position in the banking sector; 
• skills for searching resumes on various platforms (Robota.ua, Work.ua, LinkedIn, Facebook, DOU);
• skills of creating a job description, managing candidate databases;
• basic knowledge of PC and Excel;
• excellent communication and presentation skills;
• perseverance and result orientation;
• responsibility and diplomacy.< /li>

Functional duties:

• search and selection of candidates according to specified criteria using various methods (job sites, social networks, recommendations, direct search);
< li style="font-weight: 400">preparation of job descriptions, placement of vacancies on job sites, in social networks;
• conducting initial interviews with candidates;
• participation in personnel adaptation processes;
• monitoring the labor market and creating a personnel reserve;
• reporting on recruitment;
