Responsibilities:

• Creating and posting vacancies.
• Search , selection and evaluation of candidates for various positions in the company, including sales, design, production and administration departments.
• Conducting interviews and making recommendations with job applicants.
• Ensuring an effective recruitment process personnel, cooperation with department heads to determine their staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• High communication skills skills and ability to work with people.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and labor market in Ukraine.
• Knowledge of spoken and written Ukrainian language
