We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to become part of our positive and friendly team!

Main duties:

• Conduct a full recruitment cycle with linear vacancies
• Active search for candidates on various platforms (job search sites, social networks, messengers, etc.)
• Analysis of resumes of applicants and initial selection of candidates
• Conducting telephone interviews with candidates and assessing their qualification level
• Conducting interview, assessment of candidates' competence level
• Supporting the process of internship and adaptation
• Formation of personnel reserve
• Formation of reporting

What do we expect from you?

• Experience as a recruitment manager (recruiter) from 2 years, experience in the restaurant sector is an advantage
• Knowledge of recruitment methods
• Skills work with recruitment sites and modern candidate search channels
• Skills in personnel assessment
• Confident PC user (MS Office)
• Attention to details

• Willingness to work for results - timely and high-quality closing of vacancies
• Competent oral and written communication
