- Skills of effective search and selection of candidates
- Experience of working with the recruiting system
- Proactivity and self-organization
- Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level
- Maintaining the full cycle of recruiting
- Processing of job applications
- Writing and publishing an ad on job search sites
- Maintenance of the internal database of candidates in the CRM system
- Search for candidates (active search, search for candidates using social networks, LinkedIn, Dou, Facebook, etc.)
- Communication with customers regarding open vacancies
- Conducting interviews
- Preparation of job offers
- Execution of additional internal HR tasks
- Working in a stable company with opportunities for professional and career development
- Normal work schedule: Mon.-Fri. from 9:00 to 18:00
