Deputy financial director of the bank in Frankl Sense Management

For our client — a small, stable bank with a 28-year history — we are looking for a deputy financial director.

Main job duties:

• Form management reporting on the bank's activities
• Participate in the process of planning the activities of the bank's divisions and businesses
• Develop and implement calculation models for forecasting and planning, financial modeling
• Automate regular reporting using MS Office tools
• Create and implement new reporting models
• Actively cooperate with the IT department at the stage of decision modeling and technical assignment from Business
• Build high-quality communication with related functions
• Identify and implement the necessary changes to the management accounting policy, in order effective solutions
• Provide alternative solutions and recommendations to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of business processes.

Main requirements:

• Experience as a financial manager/controller; head of the financial department in banks from 3 years
• Practical understanding of financial reporting in banks
• Proficiency in Excel Power Pivot/Power Query and SQl
• Ability to form requests to data warehouses and work with them
• Knowledge of the basics and principles of accounting and management accounting
• Knowledge of the principles, methodologies and tools of change management (modeling, execution, monitoring/control, improvement/revision of established practices)
• Ability to work with large volumes of information, skills in complex financial modeling
• Strong analytical abilities, ability to find cause-and-effect relationships.
