• Demonstration of RVN values, namely: public communication in Odesa - in Ukrainian, space is filled in the Ukrainian national context, against violations of language legislation;

• Proactive learning and activity;

• The ability to attract members to the organization;

• Ensuring timely filling of vacant offers;

• The ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities: 

• Applicant flow management (database)

• Organization of assessment/interview

• Building a recruitment plan

• Creating informative profiles

• Informing NGOs about new open positions and the results of their selection

• Personal meetings, functional meetings, participation in conferences
