We are looking for a recruiter to work with potential employers in our team and employees. Experience is not required, as we have our own adaptation system.

What about the tasks:

Working with potential employers:

1. Reply to letters and do the first contact with employers to arrange a video meeting with the director, the goal is to conclude a contract.

2. Research websites, send incoming emails with the purpose of organizing video meetings with our company.

3. Remind employers about payment for services, our offers and contract statuses.

4. Collect information about candidates for the employer (date of the employee's arrival, organization of the meeting).

5. Make control calls to the employer once every three months to find out the need for employees.

Working with potential employees:

1. Respond to e-mails and WhatsApp messages from candidates (employees), check the quality of letters, determine candidates' experience and qualifications.

2. To call on applications from employees who have applied to our company.
