The tasks we set before the manager:

• Search and use of new sources of attracting candidates.
• Support of the full cycle of HR processes (timely staffing, quality adaptation, evaluation, 1:1, etc.) in the relevant department and providing support in their implementation;
• Preparation of analytical reference information necessary for high-quality provision of HR functions.
• Development, analysis and influence on the main indicators of HR metrics, compliance with positive dynamics by indicators;
• Ensuring current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation and retention.
• Training and development of personnel, readiness for public speaking and presentations;

We expect from you:

• Experience in personnel management (from 3 years).
• Education in the field of psychology, HR or equivalent.
• High communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to effectively manage a department and promote its development.
• Skills in analyzing data and making informed management decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

We offer:

• Schedule from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
• Trial period up to 2 months.
• Official employment .
