Recruiter in Net.Hunters

We are in the process of actively expanding and scaling production to meet the growing demand for our technological solutions. We are looking for an effective Recruiter who is tired of the same type of tasks and wants to be involved in an interesting project that brings victory closer.

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position for 2 years or more.
• Knowledge of modern recruitment methods and tools.
• Communication, stress resistance and the ability to work in a team.
• Experience of working in mass recruitment (optional). Vacancies are not of the same type, but a certain amount of mass recruitment is present.
• Experience of working in any CRM for recruiting

Responsibilities:

• Search, selection and evaluation of candidates for various positions in the company.
• Conducting interviews and evaluation of candidates according to job requirements.

• Support of the HR process in the company: maintenance of the candidate database, administration of vacancies, etc.
• Participation in employee onboarding
• Office administration

Working conditions:

• Official employment, official salary — from UAH 25,000 to UAH 35,000 (depends on experience and skills) , is discussed individually.
• Working schedule from 09:30 to 18:00 from Mon to Fri
• The office is 2 minutes from the Nyvka metro station, it is possible to work according to a hybrid schedule when achieving independence in work .
