We are looking for a Personnel manager, recruiter to join our team. p>

Your future functionality:

• placement and editing of vacancies on job search sites;
• search, processing and analysis of candidate resumes;
• conducting telephone and personal interviews;
• conducting measures to adapt and retain employees in the company; 
• timely and high-quality reporting; 
• introduction of creative ideas for personnel selection (development of questionnaires, new methods);
• organization of timely filling of personnel registration documents on the spot (with the help of employees of the centralized personnel department from Kyiv); 
• maintenance of a positive mood in the office (daily communication with the team, coffee breaks, adjustments to the work style, work on employee motivation); 
• organization and support of corporate events for staff.

It will be cool if you:

• can properly organize the hiring process and close vacancies efficiently and at the right time. Experience in the selection of sales managers will be a plus;
• responsible for employee personnel documents;
• you have creative ideas for personnel selection and adaptation measures;
• always motivate and charge colleagues with your positive attitude;
• you know how to organize corporate events for the team.
