We are looking for a progressive and modern recruiter, who will become a real strategic partner for our business. If you are ready to use advanced technologies, work with data and take the recruitment process to a new level, we are waiting for you in our team!

What awaits you:

• Remote work with visits to the office approximately once a week(as needed).
• Conducting online interviews, using modern platforms and tools for video interviews.
• Active participation in the document preparation process, publication of vacancies on various platforms.
• Working with candidates of all levels, from entry-level positions to top management.< /li>
• Creating and maintaining a database of potential candidates (talent pool).
• Selection of candidates taking into account their professional skills and cultural compatibility with our company.
• Knowledge of military accounting features and legislation.

What we expect:

• Work experience in a similar position, preferably in a medical company.
• High level of communication skills and the ability to find a common language with candidates.
• Knowledge of modern methods recruitment and the ability to use them in practice. Ability to work with data and analytics to make informed decisions. Proactive approach to problem solving, ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. >
