Requirements for the candidate no work experience:

• higher education (military / legal / technical - desirable);
• practical experience in personnel management - welcome;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language with excellent written and verbal communication skills, user-level PC skills for reporting;
• willingness to undergo a polygraph test on trustworthiness and moral and ethical qualities (at the expense of the employer);
• analytical abilities, the presence of communication skills, the ability to make quick and well-founded decisions, principledness in solving official issues, the desire to learn and grow professionally, high efficiency, objectivity;
• readiness for business trips (if necessary).

Functional:

• conducting checks with the help of a polygraph: screening (before employment), planned for working personnel and special within the scope of official investigations (2-3 checks per day);
• writing Conclusions according to the results of inspections;
• preparation of reports to management.
