- Ensuring the full cycle of recruitment of employees of various levels and specialties (collection of hiring applications, compilation of job descriptions and publication on job search sites, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, maintaining a candidate database, etc.);< /li>
- Administration and systematic analysis of personnel selection and adaptation processes and other HR metrics, including in the CRM system;
