What tasks await you:

• Ensuring the full cycle of recruitment of employees of various levels and specialties (collection of hiring applications, compilation of job descriptions and publication on job search sites, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, maintaining a candidate database, etc.);< /li>
• Administration and systematic analysis of personnel selection and adaptation processes and other HR metrics, including in the CRM system;
• Development and support of corporate culture, creation of team spirit; among employees; /li>
• Review of the labor market;
• Participation in the projects of the Department of Personnel Management.
