Recruiter in Bazhane BTQ

We are a Ukrainian clothing brand of the premium segment — Bazhane, which has been on the market since 2019! We have our own production, cozy boutiques in the center of Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa, as well as a powerful online sales department. We also have a large base of satisfied customers, both in Ukraine and abroad. Vogue and Elle write about us! We held pop-ups in Paris and Milan where we presented our brand. Next in our plans is scaling and entering the European markets!

Therefore, we are now inviting a Recruiter to our ambitious team!

What will you do:

• search for candidates for open positions (salespeople - stylists, cashiers, boutique administrators, etc. .);
• orientate in the search for candidates outside of Ukraine;
• conduct initial assessment of resumes and phone interviews with candidates;
• plan and schedule interviews with managers;
• monitoring the market of competitors;
• assistance in HR registration and onboarding processes;
• working in the internal CRM system;
• report on the personnel selection process.
