Position functions:
- Organization and coordination of processes in the direction of compensation and benefits, personnel administration, of organizational management
- Ensuring salary administration processes
- Formation of proposals for establishing the basic remuneration of employees
- Formation of the target number model, participation in the determination of number drivers, assistance in achieving the target model number
- Organization of salary review
- Budgeting and planning of the number of personnel, FOT and other personnel costs, implementation control
- Support and updating of the management system by objectives, development of key performance indicators for divisions
- Preparation of calculations and information and presentation materials in the field of activity
- Development of regulatory, regulatory documentation in the field of remuneration management
- Participation in HR projects

- Work experience in the field of personnel management from 3 years
- Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation
- Knowledge of motivation and remuneration systems
- High level of PC skills (Excel, Power Point, Visio)
