Main Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for various vacancies according to client requirements
• Using various search methods, including social networks, professional platforms and internal database
• Assessing the qualifications, skills and experience of candidates
• Reporting on the work done
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant recommendations

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of recruiting will be an advantage, but not mandatory
• Ability to work with a large amount of information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use various tools to search for candidates (LinkedIn, job sites, social networks)
• li>Ability to work in team
• High level of responsibility and organization
