Internal communications specialist in Kasta

Kasta is the largest fashion marketplace for clothes, shoes and accessories in Ukraine. For 14 years, Kasta has been opening the best international and local brands to Ukrainians and proving by its own example that fashionable online shopping is easier, faster and cheaper. We are an IT company that develops new business on the e-commerce market, implementing our ideas and applying the best global practices.

We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist.

What will be included in the duties: strong>

• Participate in the creation and implementation of the internal communication strategy.
• Manage the system of internal communication channels and propose options for further development/improvement.

• Create corporate communications materials (news digest, employee handbooks, C-Level communications, etc.) including requests from other departments.

• Develop and improve content plans for communication.

• Constantly do performance analytics and content analytics to plan improvements.

• Starting communication channels for updates on the company, standards and values.

• Develop and implement effective employee feedback channels.

• Participate in employer brand projects.

• Organize events within the company aimed at supporting and developing corporate culture, including:

  • lectures, workshops, knowledge exchange;

  • corporate holidays;

  • professional and sports events;

  • activities to strengthen team spirit.

  Our candidate:

  • Has 2 years of experience in a similar positionand, in a field that requires attention to detail, project management and customer service.
  • Deeply understands communication trends, channels and indicators.
  Ready for challenges and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • With excellent communication and organizational skills. With project management experience.
  • < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Quickly establishes relationships with diverse personalities, builds and improves trusting and open partnerships with managers and their teams.
  • Has excellent writing skills and understands design.
