What We Are Looking For:

• React Native Experience: 4+ years of react native experience, with a good sense of the latest trends and best practices;
• TypeScript/JavaScript Knowledge: Your proficiency here is crucial;
• Communication Skills: Effective communication is key, as for any team lead;
• English Proficiency: You should be comfortable communicating in an international setting at a B2 level;
• Polish Language Skills: Not a must; and
• Back-end or Full-stack Experience: Especially with .NET, though it’s not a deal-breaker.
