This role focuses on sales and process management, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for achieving our goals. What You’ll Be Doing:Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company’s operations and procedures comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop, implement, and enforce corporate compliance policies and procedures.Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance-related risks. Develop mitigation strategies and monitor their implementation.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and the board. Analyze trends to proactively identify potential compliance issues.Third-Party Compliance: Manage and monitor third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles. Experience in highly regulated industries is a plus (e.g., healthcare, finance, technology).Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Languages: Proficiency in English.Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
