Our ideal candidate: Has at least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns strategist, capable of generating game-changing ideas. Deeply understands current trends digital marketing, including SMM, PPC, and knows how to apply them to achieve high results. He has experience in successfully launching new brands, bringing them to the market and further scaling. He knows not only how to organize events and advertising campaigns, but also how to analyze their effectiveness to optimize future initiatives. Possesses high organizational skills: plans events, exhibitions and conferences, cooperates with contractors and effectively manages the team. Experience with medical products and dermatocosmetics will be a bonus, but we are open to new ideas and approaches, regardless of industry. Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of marketing strategy, formation of plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) and budgets. Coordination work with SMM, development of publications for social networks (Instagram, Facebook). Market analysis, segmentation, market research trends. Planning and implementation of marketing activities aimed at strengthening the brand and attracting customers. Planning, organization and participation in national and international events, such as congresses, exhibitions, workshops, together with the team and with the help of contractors. Organization and control of the creation of marketing material : printed, digital, POS materials. Finding and interacting with contractors to create marketing products. Development of promotions and discounts to increase sales, taking into account the financial results of the company. Monitoring of the results of marketing campaigns, sales analysis, preparation of reports and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of marketing activities. What we are ready to offer: Salary: from 60,000 to 90,000 + hрн (rate + KPI), the rate is ready to be customized according to your request, taking into account experience. The work schedule is from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
