Quality engineer (furniture production) in Mebleviy park

We are a Ukrainian manufacturing company with a full production cycle:
we manufacture cabinet furniture parts, we produce ready-made interior solutions (kitchens, children's, living rooms, furniture for HoReCa and living spaces), and now we are expanding - we are launching our own production of MDF boards with coating (veneer, PVC, paint).

We are looking for an experienced quality engineer who will build control and certification systems and will become a support for development.

Main tasks: 
1. Quality control at all stages of production
Incoming control of raw materials (wood, MDF, coating, accessories). Intermediate and final control of MDF boards, milled parts, finished furniture modules. Creation of checklists, control charts, test templates.

2. Organization of certification and permit documentation
Preparation of technical passports, product characteristics. Conducting the certification process MDF boards (DSTU, CE, FSC, CARB/EPA, etc.). Communication with certification bodies and external laboratories. Development of declarations of conformity, instructions, labeling.
 
3. Development and implementation of quality management systems
Implementation or updating of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. Conducting internal audits, analyzing the causes of defects. Preparation of SOP (standard operating procedures).
 
4. Cooperation with technologists, R&D, designers
Technical participation in the creation of new models/products. Analysis of feedback from customers and the implementation of changes in production. Control of the stability of characteristics when updating production algorithms. and certification).
Experience:
3+ years in the field of quality control in the production of MDF, furniture or wooden boards. Participation in product certification processes in Ukraine and/or the EU. Understanding of MDF production technology, grinding, laminating, pressing, varnishing, coating processes. Knowledge of quality control methods and production documentation.
Technical skills:
Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets, preferably ERP systems (1C, SAP, Odoo). Experience with measuring equipment, keeping laboratory logs, testing.
