An expert in the field of solar energy for business is looking for an Inspectorof the personnel department.
Main Responsibilities
– Registration of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees, as well as preparation of employment contracts, additional agreements, orders and staff list in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
– Creation and maintenance of personal files of employees (paper and electronic).
- Formation and maintenance of vacation schedules, accounting and registration of all types of vacations and sick leave.
- Maintenance of time sheets and control of timely provision of vacations, sick leave and business trips.
- Ensuring compliance of personnel documentation with current legislation, conducting document audits and updating in case of changes in legislation.
– Work with archival documents (formation, storage, control of terms).
– Consultation of employees on personnel matters.
– Control and updating of personal data of employees in personnel systems.
– Ensuring the confidentiality of personal data.
– Registration and support of business trips in Ukraine and abroad.
– Preparation and issuance of certificates from the place of work and other personnel certificates.
- Preparation of personnel reports and participation in personnel planning.
- Formation of job instructions.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience of working in a similar position for 2 years or more.
- Knowledge of labor legislation: labor law, laws on vacations, wages, social insurance.
- Experience in registration and management of employees' personal files.
– Experience in forming orders on the hiring, transfer, secondment, dismissal of employees.
– Knowledge of HR process automation: work with Excel, BAS, SAP, and Hurma — will be an advantage.
– Ability to work with large volumes of information, attention to detail.
– Effective organization of working hours and ability to prioritize tasks.
– Understanding of deadlines and forms processing of personnel documents.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language (mandatory).
